Customer Return Policy

Did Not Like Item
Better Way Designs offers a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products! We will, without condition, give a refund, or exchange for a new item. Original items must be received at the home office within 45* days of the initial purchase to qualify for a refund or an exchange. Reach out to your Freedom Fighter to initiate the return. Customer is responsible for the return postage.

Broken or Product Issues
If your item has broken, or if you received the wrong item, contact your Freedom Fighter to initiate an exchange/return to receive return postage for your item. Broken or damaged items may be returned or exchanged up to 90 days after initial purchase.

Host Orders
Hosts may return/exchange any item for the same item or full reimbursement of the amount paid within 45 days for any reason. If the host does not want to exchange the item for the same item, they may receive a full refund for the amount paid or they may use the amount paid towards another item at full retail value. Please note the Half Price, Host Exclusive and 75% off discounts may only be used once. You may not exchange for a different item using the discount.

*Perishable items have a 30-day return deadline and broken/wrong items that are non-perishable have 90-days to be returned/exchanged. Perishable items include Coffee, Tea, and Skin Care items.
